OneScore: Credit Score Insight Description

Everyone with a loan or credit card has a credit score, and staying up to date on yours is crucial. Your credit score affects your major purchases - your car, your house, and even paying for your education. It makes sense to not only track your credit score but also take necessary steps to improve it.

OneScore (ISO 27001 Certified Credit Score & Report App) helps you understand your credit score for free and monitor it regularly. OneScore gives you insights on what makes up your score and alerts you when something changes in your report. Using OneScore does not hurt your Credit Score & Report (but not using it may!).

We understand that your credit score is a key piece of personal information. Don’t worry, unlike other apps who spam you with loan offers, we do not use this information for sourcing loans for financial institutions. None of your information is shared with any third parties or institutions.

No Spam, No Ads, No Unnecessary App Permissions and Trusted for life!

Inconsistent email ids across accounts? Using too much of your credit card limits? Someone enquiring in the Bureau on your behalf? We will highlight all small and large aspects of your score to help you decide if you wish to act upon or change them to improve your score.

Credit Scores in India are provided by Experian, CIBIL, Equifax, and CRIF. OneScore currently shows the Experian credit score.

Credit Score Basics:

◼ A credit score is calculated based on the data that is provided by the lending institutions to the bureaus. These include banks like Axis, HDFC, ICICI, IDFC and SBI as well as NBFCs like Bajaj Finance, Magma, Tata Capital, Home Credit, Muthoot, and others.

◼ A credit score indicates your creditworthiness to potential lenders such as banks and mortgage lenders. It indicates how responsible you are likely to be in paying off your balances. It depicts your likelihood to repay debt.

◼ Keeping a good credit score is beneficial while applying for a job. Employers check credit scores to check how responsible the candidate is before hiring.

◼ Credit is scored on a scale that ranges from 300 to 900. The higher the number, the better off you are. Get started on your credit journey here!
