The Virgin Mobile app is free to download and easy to use for all Virgin Mobile customers. You won’t even need to log-in each time you use it, just tap and go.
Getting started is simple, just download, sit back and relax while the app quickly verifies your SIM over the Virgin Mobile network. Just make sure your WiFi is switched off, and you’re ready to go.
On a Pay Monthly plan? Keep tabs on how many minutes, texts and how much data you use each month as well as what you have left. See when your allowances will be refreshed and buy data Add-Ons if you’re running low. You can also check to see when you can upgrade or change your plan.
Family Plan – now you can easily manage multiple allowances for your loved ones and stay on top of how much is being spent across the account at a glance within the app.
Spending Cap – control how much you spend outside your normal monthly allowances in the palm of your hand. So no more nasty surprises on your next bill!
On a Pay As You Go plan? Check your balances quickly, and Top Up using the credit or debit card you’ve already registered with us. It couldn’t be simpler!
Need a helping hand? With in-app messaging you can now chat to customer care agents and get a push notification when an agent responds to your query, whilst our nifty FAQ section will always help you out whenever you need. And don’t forget, you can always get the most out of your Android phone with Device Help.
Heading abroad? Just use the app to turn network roaming on/off.
