TIM Data Space Easy

The App offers a remote storage service to TIM customers.
The main features available are:
• secure file download and local storage on your smartphone
• display of the main types of files (.doc, xls, .pdf, .mp4) and other types of supported files
• saving email attachments and uploading them to your Data Space Easy account
• sharing documents in the cloud by email
This application is aimed at users of TIM's Nuvola It Data Space Easy service.

To access the service you need to have the account creation email that the system automatically sends to each new user. The email contains the access URL to the service that can be used via web browser, PC agent or App.
Before using the application on your smartphone or tablet, it is necessary to change the first access password by connecting to the web portal via browser.

After installation, open the App and specify the url in the account creation email in the "Portal Url" field then on the next page enter the "Username" and "Password" contained in the same email.

In the event of problems, contact the assistance service according to the contractual procedures.

The use by the User of this "DS Easy" app is bound by the Customer's acceptance of TIM SpA to the "Data Space Easy" service and the possession of the user credentials configured on the service platform by the Customer.

The TIM Spa Customer is the Data Controller and at the time of joining the "Service Name" service he signed up for the COMMERCIAL PROFILE of the service through which he appointed TIM Spa and / or its possible sub-suppliers, pursuant to art. 28 of the GDPR, Responsible for the processing of personal data relating to its customers, employees, suppliers, exclusively for the purpose relating to the provision of the service in question.
It will be the responsibility of the TIM Spa Customer (Data Controller) to provide the User with the Privacy information in accordance with the current laws.
