※ Information Use

-Available only for Samsung Card website members, and you can log in with your ID, password, public certificate, PIN, fingerprint, iris, and app card that you have signed up through through the website and mobile app.

-Fingerprint / iris login is only provided for smartphones that can recognize fingerprints and irises. Once registered, one-time authentication is required. App card login requires app card app installation and app card registration.

※ Notice

-It is recommended to update the latest version of the operating system and anti-virus program to maintain the security of the terminal. Also, please use the vaccine program to check it from time to time.

-When using services that have financial transactions or need to enter personal information, please avoid using a wireless LAN (Wi-Fi) with unclear sources or security settings, and use a mobile communication network (3G, LTE).

※ This application displays informational mobile content provided by the other party, including us. To this end, we provide phone numbers and app push information to the service companies 'Hansol Int'Cube (Callgate)' and 'Bridgetech (Callgate)'.

[App access right information]
In order to use the app, the following permission is required.

(Required) Telephone
-Mobile phone information is used to proceed with the identity verification process.
(Required) Storage space
-It is used to store the contents and images of the app to quickly service with the latest contents.
SMS (optional)
-It is used to automatically enter the authentication number sent by text message on the screen.
Microphone (optional)
-Used to provide voice search service.
(Optional) Location
-It is used to display the distance from the current location when searching for a merchant location.
Camera (optional)
-When using Smart Fax, it is used to take pictures.

※ Since Android OS 6.0 or later, the required access permission and the optional access permission have been changed to allow consent. After updating, you must delete and reinstall the app to reset access rights.

※ Access permission settings can be changed in the phone settings → Application management → Samsung card → Permissions. (Location may vary by mobile phone model)

※ You can use the app outside the corresponding function even if you do not agree with the optional access right.
