If you have any questions about the BWA test, please press the ‘BWA Counselor’ function. A professional counselor will answer your questions.

If you have any problems while using BWA ON, please call our Customer Service Center and we will respond quickly. (Consultation is 9 am to 6 pm on weekdays and 12 am to 1 pm for lunch.)

[No Bluetooth connection]
1. Make sure your phone's Bluetooth is turned on.
2. Set your smartphone to Settings> Applications (Apps & Notifications> App Info)> BWA> Permissions> Location 'Allow'.
3. Please take off the smartphone case.
4. The connection may take longer than 10 seconds depending on the surrounding conditions.
5. If you turn off BWA ON after coming off the scaffold, try again by rerunning the app.
6. If you still can't connect, please contact customer service.

In order to provide services, the following access rights are required.
-Photo & Camera: Set profile picture, send picture within chat
-Notifications: Expert chat reply arrival notification
-Location information: Communication connection using BWA ON and Bluetooth
