Madama Radio

PT. Madama Forum which has now changed its name to PT. Media Society Young Makassar or better known as Madama Radio was established on 2 November 1988 by H. Halim Kalla, who was also doubles as a leader in Radio Madama. Madama name has its own meaning, Madama is an acronym for Young People Makassar.

The purpose of didirikannnya Madama Radio is to add to the entertainment and knowledge of music and also the actual information for the people of Makassar and its surroundings.

Madama Radio has broadcast license with license number 2223 / RSPN / 1989.Radio Madama registered as members of the National Private Radio Broadcasting Association of Indonesia (PRSSNI) with No. 441-VII-1988.

At its inception, Radio Madama is located in Jalan HOS Cokro Aminoto No. 9 Lt. 4 Building Anakuma and became the first FM radio in the City Makassar.Dengan their first FM Radio (Radio Madama) in Makassar, the increases also the radio station that opened new paths in FM (Frequency Modulation).

On June 1, 1992, Madama Radio is no longer held by H. Halim Kalla. At that time, Tommy Adjaradji took over leadership of the company replacing sebelumnya.Setelah going for approximately 2 years, on January 1, 1994, re-Radio changed Madama property rights. After H. Halim Kalla and Tommy Adjaradji, Radio Madama proprietary Peter Gozal as Chief Commissioner, Safari Azis as Commissioner, and Bachder Djohan as Director.

After almost entering its seventh year on August 27, 1995, Radio Madama moved into the new building in Jalan Kajaolalido No. 2 L Makassar until now.
