  -This application can be applied for compensation for loss or damage depending on your insurance product (smartphone / pad / watch).
  -This application is supported from Android 7.0 or higher.

[Basic Guide]
  -Damaged customers will be processed faster if you use the app after completing the repair service.
  -For lost customers, please apply for 'lost phone location search' and 'lost report' at U + Customer Center (1644-5108).

[Use procedure and screen function]
  -(In case of damage) Log in → Submit accident → Submit required documents → Review documents → Deposit repair fee
  -(When lost) Log-in → Accident Receipt → Submit required documents → Document screening → Select reward cell phone → Select delivery method → ​​Inquire courier delivery / visit store
  -(Common) Enrollment status / Progress status inquiry / Reward history inquiry / Reward procedure guidance / Notice

  1) You can log in according to the customer situation without an official certificate.
      -My mobile phone login (broken): mobile phone text / U + ID authentication
      -Other mobile phone login (lost): Communication fee payment information (enter the last 4 digits of your bank account / card number)

  2) If you use the app, you can minimize the documents to be submitted.
      -(Common Documents): No need to submit 'Insurance Claim Form' and 'Personal Information Processing Agreement', just select 6 items in the app.
      -(In case of damage): LG Electronics customers do not need to submit 'Receipt of Receipt' and 'Repair Quotation' as they are encrypted and linked to the carrier / insurer when A / S Center agrees to provide repair information after completion of repair.
                     ※ Samsung Electronics / Apple customers are required to register after taking the required documents.
      -(Lost): You do not need to submit a 'lost receipt'.
