The Telenet app is the all-in-one app that helps you get the most out of your Telenet.

Improve
• Improve your WiFi experience? The app takes you through a step-by-step plan. Need a WiFi booster? Order it quickly and easily.

Management
• View and pay your balance? Check the details of your payment statement and pay them easily via the app.
• From now on you can view in detail which products and options you have at Telenet. You can find it under "My services" in the menu.
• Share your WiFi with someone? Just scan the QR code on your screen and you're done.
• Check your fixed internet usage at home? You can see at a glance how much data you have used in recent months. You can also easily view your daily consumption (peak and off-peak hours).
• Do you have a Telenet mobile subscription? Then you can view your mobile data, your spent call minutes and text messages. As an administrator of your WIGO, you can also view a user's mobile usage and temporarily pause their mobile data.
• Do you have a CLICK? Then you can also block or unblock the data consumption of the users in your CLICK.
• Do we have something important to report to you? Then you will receive a message via the app. You can view and manage your messages via "Messages" in the menu bar. You can also choose to receive push messages via the app.
