#souyara feedback has emerged from the need identified in the 2017 Yara Voice to establish a more open and transparent communication in Yara and also to increasingly live out our values.

Through #souyara Feedbacks, we collaborators can exchange feedbacks with colleagues, individually or in groups, being able to relate the sent message to one of the values ​​of the company and suggest an action. This will help ensure feedback is always constructive.
