The new TIM Business app has been completely renewed: today it is easier and more intuitive than ever. Keep an eye on the offers and services active at all times, monitor your consumption and consult all the invoices of the fixed and mobile lines of the last year.

More reliable and secure, today TIM Business also allows you to register a new account from the app and to authenticate yourself with the Face ID or Touch ID. And if you are the company contact person, you can manage multiple lines simultaneously, both fixed and mobile.

In addition, you have the possibility to report bugs, problems and feedback at any time by filling out the dedicated form, which is located in the Assistance section of the app.

Here are the main functions that you will find in the app, which will continue to grow in the coming months.

For mobile lines, you can:
• View the remaining credit (rechargeable SIM) and consumption (subscriber SIM)
• Get information about your rate plan
• Check through the counters the progress of your offers to check the available Minutes, SMS and Giga
• View the active services on your line

• View mobile contracts
• View the invoices of the last year in pdf format and download them
• Manage consents and privacy

The new app is designed for all Tim's Business Customers. If, on the other hand, your mobile line is part of the Mobile Telephony Convention 6 or 7, we invite you to use the web customer areas of the portals dedicated to you.
