Freight Maintenance Management is developed for use at Wagon Maintenance Depots (Freight Yard, Sick Line & ROH) by Railway Users. Yard Major Functionalities I.e. Wagon Composition, Defect marking, action taken on defect and Wagon nomination (DVS, ROH, POH, NPOH, etc bookings), BPC creation/edit, BPC print (For Android App, Bluetooth Handheld thermal printer with 4 Inch paper width is required) are available on Application.
For ROH and Sick Line, A single screen navigation feature for a selected wagon is developed. Available functionalities namely, Wagon Arrival, Verify Wagon, Local Pass, Wagon Discard, Mechanical Fit/TECO & Wagon Dispatch deployed.

Major functionalities covered in FMM are as below-

Functionalities covered (brief): -

-Downloading of Rake and Wagons from Central System.

-Rake List Screen: Rake details like rake name, rake id, creation date and Line No are displayed to users.

-Rake Build/Formation: Wagons present, in the rake received, are updated and after confirming all details to be correct, rake is built.

-Adding of New Wagon in Rake

-Creation of Offering Memo: Details of “Offering memo” given by operating while offering rake for examination, are entered.

-Wagon/Assembly Parameters Entry: Details of wagon parameters like, ROH date/Station, POH date/Station, return date, LSD/APM/piston readings, etc., and similarly any assembly parameters are entered. Details once entered in master will be automatically shown to all users throughout Indian Railways and user need not enter them again.

-Defect/Sick/Fit/ROH/IOH/POH/NPOH marking): Defects found during repair/examination, are entered wagon/assembly-wise. Wagons are marked for POH, ROH, IOH, DVS (Damaged vehicle for Sick Line), etc. Wagons marked for any ROH/Sick Line would be visible to that Depot, on Unfit memo approval.

-BPC Creation and Print: BPC details are entered and then BPC print is taken. Before this activity previous activities must be completed. Offline BPC Printing (Hindi and English) on Mobile Printer.

-Uploading of Updated Rake, Wagons and BPC Details to Central ROAMS Database.
